The “Star Spangled Banner” turns 193 Years Old

Today is the anniversary of our National Anthem. As morning rose over Fort McHenry, Francis Scott Key penned the poem while captive on a British warship anchored off the coast of Baltimore, Maryland. Most of us know the story, but for a reminder, a visit to Wikipedia is useful.
